Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of thedisciplinedhybrid.com and The Disciplined Hybrid training programs (the “Services”), operated by DTreat Fitness LLC (“we,” “us”). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services. We provide online training programs and coaching delivered through the Trainerize app. The Disciplined Hybrid Program is a monthly subscription to structured programming. Elite 1:1 Coaching adds individualized programming, nutrition guidance and direct coach communication.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and physically able to take part in strenuous exercise. You agree to consult a physician before starting.

Subscriptions and billing. Programs are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel anytime. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Assumption of risk. Exercise involves risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and assume all risks. You are responsible for using proper form, appropriate loads and safe equipment, and for stopping if you feel pain or discomfort.

Not medical advice. Our content is for general fitness and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See the Health & Fitness Disclaimer below.

Results. Results vary with effort, consistency, training history, nutrition, sleep and genetics. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee.

Intellectual property. All programs, workouts, videos, text and branding are owned by DTreat Fitness LLC. Your subscription is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, copy or distribute program content.

Account conduct. We may suspend or end access, without refund, for sharing accounts or content, abusive behavior, or misuse of the Services.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTreat Fitness LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Privacy Policy

DTreat Fitness LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through thedisciplinedhybrid.com and our programs, and how we use it.

What we collect. Contact details you give us (name, email, phone if provided). Purchase details, handled by our payment processors (Stripe through Trainerize); we do not store your full card number. Training information you enter in Trainerize, such as workouts, body stats, progress photos, check-ins and messages. Website data such as pages visited and device type, collected through Squarespace analytics and cookies.

How we use it. To deliver and personalize your program and coaching, process payments and manage your subscription, send program updates and, if you opt in, newsletters and offers (unsubscribe anytime), and improve our website and programs.

Who we share it with. We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run the business (Squarespace, Trainerize, Stripe, Google Workspace) or when required by law.

Testimonials and photos. We only publish your results, name or photos with your written permission.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete. Email us to make a request.

Data security. We use reputable platforms with industry-standard security, but no online system is 100% secure.

Children. Our services are not directed to anyone under 18.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All programs are month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no contracts.

How to cancel: in the Trainerize app under your billing settings, or email coach@thedisciplinedhybrid.com.

When it takes effect: cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds: payments already charged are non-refundable, including partial months.

Upgrading to Elite 1:1: your current month’s $49 is credited toward your first Elite month.

Billing errors: if you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The Disciplined Hybrid provides general fitness programming and education. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from a physician, registered dietitian or other licensed professional.

Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.

High-intensity, strength and endurance training carry risk of injury. By using our programs you take part voluntarily and accept that risk. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
